A business jet or private jet is a term that describes a small jet aircraft, designed for transporting groups of business people or wealthy individuals. These planes come in five loosely-defined classes ranging from very light jets (VLJ´s) to heavy jets. The classes are based off of size (how many passengers the plane can carry and interior space) and maximum range (mileage the plane can fly without refueling).
